We want you to love your Dermora purchase.

• Returns: Eligible within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and unused condition.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If an item is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.
